Fantastic Feedback

I just got this message from a gal I pierced when I was in New Orleans:

Hi Elayne,

How are you?  I'm happy to report that the vertical hood and triangle piercings i got over this summer in NO are healing very well !  Thank you so much you are awesome!  Will you be coming to NY / east coast any time soon ?!?  I'd like to get some more piercings but I won't let any one other than you pierce me!  I waited almost 2 years for the ones you did and it was well worth the wait !  Thanks again.  Hope all is well!

G.

My reply:

Hi G.,

I'm so thrilled to hear that you're happy with your piercings. You just missed me in Philadelphia in August. I was booked solid for 4 days, so I'll definitely be coming back again--probably in the Spring. I can't deal with the cold of the Eastern winter (or even the fall...).

If you would like to be notified when I make travel plans, please sign up for my newsletter in the box on the left lower portion of the page: http://piercingbible.com It is an "opt-in" list, so I can't add you myself. My next piercing visit will be in Dallas. Information is here: http://piercingbible.com/event/2010/11/elayne-angel-piercing-dallas-tx-n...

Looking forward to seeing you and piercing you again! Thanks for your loyalty.

Sincerely,
Elayne

Piercer's Inspiration

I just finished reading your article in Pain Mag this month not ten minutes ago. :) and before you are bombarded with comments and questions, let me just tell you how much I value your opinion, your ethics, and your procedures for piercing. I'm sure you hear this often, but YOU are a big reason I became a piercer. Thank you so much for being such a big part of this industry and being so open with your advice.

And are you going to be in Arizona anytime soon? I want my triangle done, but I do not trust anyone else to do it... even my fellow local piercers. ^_^

My reply:

Thanks so much for the positive feedback; I'm thrilled to hear that you find my information helpful.

I would be delighted to pierce you but I'm not entirely certain what my upcoming travel plans will be. If you would like to be notified when I make travel plans, please sign up for my newsletter in the box on the left lower portion of the page: http://piercingbible.com It is an "opt-in" list, so I can't add you mysef.

Feel free to send me some clear, close-up photos so I can give you an online consult to determine if you're anatomically suited to a triangle. Information on this page of my website: http://piercingbible.com/female-genital-piercings#Photos
explains the images I'll need to see.

If you would like to watch me performing piercings, you can see videos of me piercing at

Triangle Piercing Question

I received a message from a concerned piercee who had recently received a triangle piercing:

I was wondering if you could give me some urgent advice. :(

I have had my triangle a week, it has slightly moved/torn forward about 2mm, but I was told to expect this.

But I am more worried about the fact I can see slightly red/shiny bumps coming up around both piercing holes. I am worried that this is scar tissue and that it won't go away? It's been exactly a week now since I've got it done and I am happy with it but I'm afraid if I leave this in that I'll have lumps of scar tissue which will develop and not go away.

My outer labias do cover the jewelry a bit when my legs are closed and I'm afraid this is what will continue the problem. I have only been using sea salt water soaks on my piercing. I am pretty sure that the CBB is titanium as I went to a well respected studio with a well known piercer.

Do I take out the jewelry now before the problem develops?

Thank you,

S.

Triangle piercing, more forward than usual

My reply:

Clitoris Piercing

I received this message from a reader:

Hello,
Im From St. johns Newfoundland and Piercings and Tattoos arent a huge thing here, As well as Living on an Island we are fairly restricted to whats available in regards to good piercers. About 2 years ago I sent you an email regarding Clitoris piercings, and i would just like to Thank you for being so helpful at the time, and providing me the information I needed. I Must say that I did my own research into piercers here in newfoundland and I found one that is an amazing piercer, Very Professional and know what he is Doing, and I went ahead and had my Clitoris Pierced :) Vertically :) And I Absolutely Love it! I Could not have asked for a Better Piercing, Piercer or Information, Like i Said I would Just like to thank you! Although My piercer has only done a Handful of actual clitoris piercings I trust him and he did an amazing Job, Im Actually looking at Possibly introducing a "Magic Cross" Id Like to add in a horizontal Clitoris Piercing. Anatomically i think I can have it done, I Am going to see my piercer and see how he feels.

Once Again, a HUGE thanks :) Your Website is amazing in regards to information as well I would just like to say The local Book store here carries Your book :) Of which I bought and got a whole pile of great Information from That as well :D

My response:

Hi C.,

Thanks for the positive feedback; I'm glad to hear that you found my book informative. I'm always happy to help whenever I can.

I'm thrilled to hear that your piercing experience was a good one, and that you're happy with the piercing you received. Let me know how the next one goes!

Sincerely,
Elayne

Triangle Talk

I received a message from a woman who is interested in getting a triangle piercing. She had sent me some photos and I told her she appeared to be anatomically suited to a triangle piercing. Then she wrote:

I contacted a piercing studio and the receptionist told me a triangle is a ''nightmare piercing, not suited for someone who is sexually active, it's a horrible piercing.'' I was also told ''It'll stretch''. Is this actually true?

I feel really gutted because I've heard good things about the triangle and love the look of it but I've never heard this before. I know it's anatomy dependent but I thought it was a fine piercing for someone with the right anatomy, which I believe I do have after doing lots of research.

Can you please shed some light on this?

My reply:

New Video Available

It has been a long time since I posted a new video on my clips4sale store.

The newest is of me performing a 10 gauge ampallang piercing (horizontally through the penis head) on a gentleman who already has a stretched Prince Albert piercing. It was shot during my visit to California last month, when I was guest piercing at Anomaly Piercing in Pasadena.

Oh, and it may surprise you to hear his comment: his nipple piercings were more intense than his ampallang (though I didn't perform them for him).

Note: it isn't SFW, and you have to be 18 years of age or older to view it.

Piercing Videos: Feedback

I just received some email from a woman who watched some videos of me performing piercings from here:
Hi Elayne, I found a few videos that I needed to watch! I purchased the nipple piercing and the triangle piercing and enjoyed them very much. They are very honest and informative. I think that if a person with no piercings wanted to learn, they would see a correct representation of the process. For a person who already has piercings, there is plenty of great advice!
So, my videos are worth seeing, and they have something for you, whether you're new to piercings or already have some.
