I just received some email from a woman who watched some videos of me performing piercings from here:

Hi Elayne, I found a few videos that I needed to watch! I purchased the nipple piercing and the triangle piercing and enjoyed them very much. They are very honest and informative. I think that if a person with no piercings wanted to learn, they would see a correct representation of the process. For a person who already has piercings, there is plenty of great advice!

So, my videos are worth seeing, and they have something for you, whether you're new to piercings or already have some.

Note that I do not consider them to be "how-to" videos per se. I'm not a fan of home piercing, as such piercings are very unlikely to turn out well and have much higher risks of infection and other complications. I also do not believe that piercing videos are a valid way to learn to pierce for anyone planning to be a "professional" piercer. Though it is reasonable to look at the techniques of others in the name of furthering one's education.

That said, I am a very informative and verbal piercer. Regardless of the presence of a camera, I do have a strong tendency to explain what it is that I'm doing, and why. And the videos capture all of that in great detail. So if you are curious to see how I do piercings, then they're worth checking out!
